Jacquie Carter is the founder and CEO of JC's Virtual Resources, LLC. She established JC's Virtual Resources, LLC to support business owners, CEOs, Pastors and the like with their administrative tasks and events.
Jacquie has extensive experience and training in administration and event planning, in Corporate, Private Industry and Church related arenas.
Jacquie was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and currently resides in Maryland. She has one son, and a member of The Shepherd’s House Christian Church International. She enjoys networking, socializing, dance and travel.

Dawn Seigler has over 20 years of experience in administration that includes the Banking Industry, Non-Profit Organizations, Federal Government and Church arenas. She has served in the capacity of Office Manager as well as Personal and Executive Assistant. Using her extensive knowledge and experience, she stands ready to assist you with all of your administrative needs with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
Dawn is a native Washingtonian and currently resides in Maryland. She is the mother of three and enjoys writing, traveling and spending time with her family.
